Welcome Ladies,

I am Melissa and I am a Licensed Psychotherpist in California.  I have lived through my 20s and 30s (guess what decade I am in, ha ha) and am here to provide you a safe place to process old stuff and learn new tools to help you thrive! You may have been through some pretty difficult life experiences, which may be impacting you today, or life is just really hard right now. I get it and I hope I can help. I enjoy helping young women just like you. Why? Because I am also a woman, and I truly believe we are real life super heroes.

-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #121132

-About 18 years working as a helper in community and private mental health clinics and practice, serving individuals, couples and families with mental health disorders/struggles, loss and trauma.

Fun Facts:

I am an extrovert "most of the time."

Beach vacations are my favorite. 

I love all kinds of 90s music.

I start each day with coffee and gratitude. 

Got to have a sense of humor and laugh a lot! 

Just because I am a therapist does not mean I have the perfect life or family.
